Happy with insurance
Boomer is our third dog we have had insured with Nationwide (and previous insurer), and our expectations are met with reimbursement. We don’t have a dog without them being insured now.
I do wish pre-existing conditions were covered though, all our dogs are rescue, and come with issues.

kind, caring people, excellent policy options, always timely processing of claims
This company has really impressed our family. We have 2 dogs and they have each had a few unexpected illnesses. Our claims were always handled accurately, the customer service staff is so kind and concerned for your pets' wellbeing. I find their policies to be very affordable and they offer many options to keep coverage within your budget. I am grateful we learned about Embrace Pet Insurance when we did, each of our pets have been covered since they were puppies. I highly recommend pet insurance with Embrace!

billing issues
I enrolled Magnus for Major Medical Plan in January, 2018 and opted for payroll deduct through my employer. I have one other policy for my dog, Buddy on payroll deduct and have been very happy with how easy the payroll deduct has worked for both Buddy and I. I had a past policy for two years for my dog, Clarisse on payroll deduct, and this was also a very good experience. My policy for Magnus, however, has been the worst experience. I have had to contact Nationwide 8 times to get this policy on payroll deduct. I have paid $132.97 in the past 7 business days to correct the underpayment on Magnus' policy due to the absolute and utter incompetence of staff managing Magnus' plan. I am so incredibly disappointed at Nationwide's complete failure in simply setting up one policy on the same payroll deduct I have had my other two policies on, and this still has not been resolved. Nationwide used to be such a great company to do business with, and now I absolutely despise this company. Shame on you, all of you.

Chronic skin issues/cyst on paw
Embrace Pet Insurance is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my pup. I can always rely on them to reimburse me for expenses related for care of my bulldog. We all know Bulldogs are known to have their issues, but I have peace of mind having them to cover his expenses. Chronic skin conditions, a dermatologist, and chronic issues with a cyst on his paw, I never have to think twice about being able to afford care for him. They are always quick to review my claims and deposit the funds into my account. I could not be more thankful or have chosen a better company for Oliver's health insurance. Thank you Embrace!

Peace of mind for taking excellent care of your pet.
Great investment for your pet's health and your peace of mind. Knowing that you have insurance makes it easier to make the best health decisions for your fur-babies. Wonderful customer service. Could not be more pleased with my decision to get health insurance for my girl.

Embrace has been wonderful!
When our Brandy developed a severe limp, Embrace covered the needed vet visits, testing and medication to find the source of the problem and treatments for healing. Along with covering her wellness visits it has been a blessing.
I would greatly recommend Embrace insurance for pet owners.

Claim Experience
I recently submitted a claim for Natasha. I was satisfied as to what was covered and what was not. They kept me informed every step of the way thru email - we received your claim; your claim is currently under review; final claim results and when the check was sent. I received my check in approximately 1 week. Overall a very painless process!!!

Easiest pet insurance
