The reps were so very kind and helpful and sympathetic.
The reps were so very kind and helpful, and sympathetic during my call. I can't thank them enough. They got pre-approval in less than an hour, and dealt directly with the vet's office, during a really sensitive time so I only had to worry about my dog. I just made 1 phone call and it was all taken care of. I give them my highest recommendation to all pet owners.
