Healthy Paws saved my wallet and quite possibly my Maine Coon Hunter :) Was devastated when he was diagnosed with cancer 2 months ago...and he's needed radiation and chemotherapy - lots of tests and blood work -- and there was Healthy Paws each step making it easy to submit claims and sending reimbursements quickly. I was at the Animal Hospital and saw a family torn apart because they could not afford treatment for their pet....I feel incredibly lucky to have learned about Healthy Paws and can't recommend them enough. (PS my Hunter is going great....hoping that he has a couple more fun years left in him)

I have been a customer with Trupanion for 9 years. I only cancelled my policy because my little dog Frasier passed away last week. I cant say enough about the great and personalized service from this company. I always felt like he was going to be taken care of because of the numerous positive experiences I've had with Trupanion. The claim process is so easy online, just scan the bill and upload it! They update you by email on the status too. Whenever I have a question the staff are always so polite and helpful on the phone and they're available 24 hours a day. Because of his policy, Frasier's health was never a financial burden and knowing that he was always covered made me a happier owner. I would absolutely recommend Trupanion to any pet parent out there. It always felt like they genuinely cared about my little Frasier's well being. If I ever decide to become a pet parent again, I will definitely choose Trupanion again. Thank you for being there for me and Frasier these past 9 years.

My dog got sick out of the blue and Nationwide was really helpful. They provided the best & coverage I could ask for. There follow up was also truly amazing.

Our dachshund had to undergo a CCL repair. We were delighted at the coverage Embrace gave us. It really took the sting out of financial aspects of the procedure and allowed us to focus on our dog. The staff at Embrace are awesome and were genuinely interested in making sure that this was a smooth process.

I'm so grateful for Trupanion. You're the among the very few companies I deal with who are always happy to help with whatever situation I have going on with me, and most certainly with my companions here at home. If I'm hurting, you're empathetic and kind. If I have a question, you're helpful and kind. If I'm worried, you've never failed to put me at ease. Top that off with the fact that there've been a couple of times over the years when my payment didn't go as expected. Trupanion has listened and worked with me both times so that I can keep my critters' covered. No worries at all. Heck, if I could, I'd just call you guys every now and then just to say hi. :)

The claim process is incredibly easy, the claim was approved in a reasonable amount of time, and the funds were deposited into my account quickly.
