Having to put claims in is an unfortunate thing but dealing with the crew at Enbrace is always a pleasure. There are never any issues and claims are paid in a timely matter. I always reccommend Embrace when ever I am asked about pet insurance. Thank You

Would like to be able to speak directly to claims when we have issue

Wait time for person has always been slow. The rates r too high. Had a very unsatisfactory call a while back with a very uneducated rep. I thought u were a very good and reasonably charged company. My opinion has changed to u r better than the next pet ins. Company nor r the reps we have to talk to anything special.

trupanion has been with us throughout Sukis' illness, processing payments is quick, repayment of drug cost is quick to arrive.

I have been very pleased with the coverage provided by Embrace. My doodle has gotten himself into several situations where medical choices were made so much easier knowing I had excellent coverage to help alleviate the financial burden of getting him the care he needed. I would absolutely recommend Embrace as it has been a life saver for me and my pup many times over!

I have been with Embrace for over 9 years and they NEVER disappoint. My 4yr old deaf boxer suffered a FCE in February and has required multiple procedures well over $2,000.. Acupuncture/electrotherapy is must to really help recover from this. Not only do they cover the acupuncture, water therapy but covered a Assisi Loop which I have to use 3 x daily for extra electrotherapy. I am beyond please with the company and continue to get calls from friends asking who I use. I have had at least two people sign up and will continue to "preach" about this company. Thank You Embrace for always making times like this extra easy!!!

Embrace has been great throughout my sweet boy Orange Guy’s cancer diagnosis. They were prompt with the reimbursements which was super helpful with his care and treatments. Sadly we lost our sweet boy last week. The Embrace team has been so kind and compassionate, they even lit a candle in his remembrance. Thank you 🧡.

We have carried insurance for "Chance" through Nationwide (previously Veterinary Pet Insurance) since he was a very young puppy and have been extremely pleased with the service, timeliness, efficiency, and fairness of the program and system. I recommend Nationwide to everyone I know who is a pet owner. It is definitely a worthwhile investment in your pet.

My Monte got hurt. Luxating patella. Trupanion paid way more than we expected. Little Monte is doing great. We had the insurance less than 6 months when he got hurt. Worth every cent. Peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Trupanion!

When we brought our new family member home, it was important to us that we planned for her health. ASPCA health insurance gave us peace of mind. For a small about each month we know that our puppy, Cara will have all the medical coverage she needs. We also added on the preventative care and with $150 in bills, ASPCA covered $141. The phone app makes submitting a claim painless. We received our reimbursement in 2 weeks. I'm sure that most people don't consider pet insurance a must, until their family member is sick.
