My puppy has had a myriad of issues since we received her at 8 weeks! We've even had to delay her spay date due to respiratory issues. So glad that we have pet insurance and our company offers Nationwide Pet Insurance! It has saved us so much money on her vet bills. I'm more organized with my pet's medical records than I am with my own.

I recommend nationwide’s pet insurance to LITERALLY everyone I know. The peace of mind knowing if something happens to our cats that we won’t have to worry about how much it will cost we just have to worry about the care they need is seriously priceless. My cat has been struggling with pancreatitis and without our pet insurance it would be sooo much more stressful than it already is for us. I don’t leave many reviews, but I will never stop telling people they need to get insurance for their pet now!!! And nationwide in my opinion is the best. My cats require special diets and nationwide covers that, which I know a lot of other plans don’t. Do yourself a favor, and get it now!

Owning a new puppy comes with a lot of challenges! We want to do the best we can for Ajax which includes his healthy puppy vet visits. We also want to make sure he receives the vet care he needs for sickness or injury. Having your pet insurance definitely helps. It is easy to make our monthly auto payments, file claims and receive direct deposit reimbursements. Your customer service team is very professional, friendly and helpful when we have questions. I would definitely recommend to other pet parents.

I have submitted three claims and you have denied everyone! I pay$100.00/ month for no service and I am thinking it is a total waist of money and am very very close to canceling and telling everyone I know not to waist their time.

Of course I wish premiums hadn't gone up so much for us the past few years - that's a given. But I've always had tremendously attentive and helpful customers service. And the new web site design just made submitting and being paid for a claim as simple as can be - less than 5 minutes and if you sign up for direct deposit, claim can be paid sometimes in days. Super happy with this service!

I have had VPI for my dogs since 1994. I have been very happy with this company. They take careful consideration into all the claims I submit. They are compassionate people and send emails to check on my dog’s health and well-being.
