I am pleased with the service I received over the years with Dusty and previously with our other dog Duke.

I'm so glad I decided to get Nationwide Pet Insurance for my dog when he was a puppy. He recently turned 1 and I've already had to submit a few claims. I've been so impressed with the coverage and the customer service. It's so reassuring knowing when we do unfortunately have to go to the vet that he can have the best testing and care and I don't need worry about cost. I can't say enough good things about Nationwide!

Process for submitting a claim was simple. Customer service was great! Response and reimbursement was timely. Communication prompt, kind, and appropriate. A well-oiled system!

Am very happy with how easy it was for me to file a claim. Reimbursement was fair and accurate within the guidelines of my plan package. Monthly premiums are also fairly priced.

Our sweet boy has a mysterious medical issue that is affecting his mobility, hip pain as well as abdominal function. It is very distressing to know your dog is in pain, but not be able to fix it. He's had a myriad of tests and we are so thankful for Healthy Paws to help at least relieve the financial burden while we try to help figure out what is causing these issues and how to treat. All we have to do is take a picture of the bill from the app and a few days later, we get the EOB and payment is direct deposited into our account. Helps make a very difficult situation a little less stressful, for sure.

The only thing I don't like about Nationwide is that they don't offer quarterly billing options.

For one incident, we submitted 3 claims. Two of the claims' reimbursement came quickly, but there was a bit of confusion with the third claim, but was quickly resolved. We used the app to submit the claims, and we uploaded 2 documents. Although we received a 'successful upload' notice in the app, it turns out that only one of the document actually successfully uploaded, leaving the second (and most important) document, unsubmitted with the claim. We had to call customer service to figure out what happened, and we had to resubmit the claim. Not a huge deal, but did delay our time to reimbursement by about one week.

We greatly appreciate the assistance when it is needed with vet care.

very happy with the insurance this far. this is my 3rd dog and the first time i purchased pet insurance. Not sure why i waited so long.
