Minor injury. Seamless transaction.
Rose City vet makes it easy by submitting any claims detail on our behalf, which makes it a seamless transaction. Although, we didn't exceed the deductible so didn't deal with reimbursement this go around.

Glad we bought Nationwide for Luke when he was a pup, makes for a much happier and healthier pup.
Luke has had Nationwide for 5 years. He is a very active Chocolate Lab who has the run of two fenced acres since he was 8 weeks old. During that time we have always used the same Veterinarian, Early on she recommended we purchase Veterinarian Pet Insurance (now Nationwide). At first we were skeptical, "Pet Health Insurance"? Really?? But we took her advice and have been amazed at the service we have received from Nationwide. We have both the Base Premium and Wellness Endorsement for Luke and are happy that we purchase both.
We have recommended Nationwide to friends who have all been equally happy with the service received. It is also very comforting to be able to call a veterinarian anytime, 24 hours a day to get emergency guidance on issues with your pet when your regular Vet is closed. The ease of filing claims is exceptional, I wish it were so easy for our 'people' health insurance. And the handling of the claim is fast, fair, and accurate.
Luke will have Nationwide throughout his life.

so glad we have Nationwide Insurance!!
Our sweet 3 year old English Lab, Rosie, recently came down with the potentially fatal salmon poisoning and it was a scary 3 days. Thankfully we did have pet insurance and never had to worry about the cost: which was close to $3000.00: our policy is fantastic and paid most of our bill; Phew!! Thanks Nationwide for being there for us and our wonderful Rosie:))

Great pet insurance.
My experience with ASPCA's pet health insurance has been fantastic. They've paid claims without any issues and have expedited claim reviews when requested. The customer service has been wonderful as well.

Great service as always
Nationwide has always given great service. It was the best choice of medical plan and affordability for our senior Boxer boy. Questions are always readily and clearly answered and claims are easy to submit through the app.
