Smudge had a complete oral health assessment and had to have 8 loose teeth extracted. We were very pleased at how quickly we heard from the Embrace claims department and how quickly it was resolved.

Being a former veterinary technician, I have enough information that I am dangerous and once I get in my head over a symptom, I run with it. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to pet parents. We are so happy we insured Bubba when we got him as a puppy. He is being trained to be my service dog and is a very important part of our family.

When your animal gets sick it is stressfull enough and then you have the financial part to deal with. It's so nice to have a company like Embrace that cares enough to make sure the reimbursement process ispainless.

Ms. Feeney is doing very well, but of course we're following Dr. Dennis' recommendations to the letter. Our recent blistering weather had us not let her out too long but NOW our weird drought has broken, and she doesn't WANT to go out - typical Dachshund. Your company's payment toward her fairly large expenses helped a lot to be able to give her what Dr. Dennis had recommended!
