Nationwide has been awesome.
Nationwide has been great. The turnaround on claims is fast, the staff is fantastic, and we have peace of mind that our pet is getting the treatment she needs and Nationwide is backing us.

I am happy with my Nationwide insurance coverage.
Its nice not having to worry about not being able to afford to take care of my Bella. She means the world to me and its nice to know Nationwide is here. She is doing so well now.

Reimbursement issue due to false diagnosis
I'm still trying to get reimbursed for CT scan that proved dilated cardiomyopathy was not the diagnosis, but chylothorax was the final diagnosis! Resending invoices today will see what happens!

Not happy
I am not very happy that we were not reimbursed for our second visit to the eye specialist. We were reimbursed for our first visit and were asked to return. I will be looking into other insurance company’s. What if my fur baby had a terminal illness. Would we get help for that or just what you feel like helping with.

The best pet insurance ever!
Having pet medical insurance has been a life saver for me & my Brody! I seem to get the needy ones and did not know about medical insurance with my past two buddies, so needless to say it was quite expensive for me and Im still paying for them! Nationwide has been a lifesaver! Your team rocks!
