I was amazed at how much time Carmen spent with me
I was amazed at how much time Carmen spent with me, explaining everything thoroughly. But even more important, was the obvious care and concern that I could feel from the way she spoke to me and how she wanted to assist me. She also spent time speaking with a person another department who was able to resolve the issue immediately. This person's name was Jasmine. I can honestly say that I have never spoken to a customer service representative who is better. She has a terrific representative of your company.
