Happy to have Embrace!
Unfortunately we've had to use our pet insurance quite frequently recently. Embrace makes it easy to file a claim and their review is quick. Customer service has also been very helpful and pleasant.

All lies!!! So all the reviews you read and see on TV is completely fake we have spoken to a couple of vet's anynone accept this
They're all lies!!!! The TV ad says direct payment! Only if the vet actually accepts it! We we also told because my puppy popped his knee out, it's an illness not an injury!! Your right puppies don't pull knee caps, but it happened and they denied it.

I was amazed at how much time Carmen spent with me explaining everything thoroughly.
I was amazed at how much time Carmen spent with me, explaining everything thoroughly. But even more important, was the obvious care and concern that I could feel from the way she spoke to me and how she wanted to assist me. She also spent time speaking with a person another department who was able to resolve the issue immediately. This person‘s name was Jasmine. I can honestly say that I have never spoken to a customer service representative who is better. She has a terrific representative of your company.

I still don’t know why you changed Sheba from being spayed to not being spayed.

Other than the fact that you failed to change one of our policies since last June the response I received was an apology and immediate change to that dogs policy which will go into effect next month.
