I would like to thank everyone who sent the sympathy card recently following the death of my beloved kitty, Sarah. She is my little baby girl, and losing her was heartbreaking. I don't have anyone who acknowledged her loss, or my sadness, except for all of you who sent the card and your heartwarming sentiments. I can't say enough how much that meant to me. THANK YOU!! I genuinely appreciate the Trupanion program! My puppy had a tooth infection requiring dental surgery within 2 months of adopting him which was definitely an unexpected cost right off the start in addition to all the other start up pet fees and vet visits. It was a true relief that Trupanion assisted with the cost of his tooth correction. Thank you kindly!

Quickly resolved
First experience using my insurance and it was pretty painless. Initially, it did get a little confusing because they placed the claim under the wrong pet but it was quickly resolved.
