A reliable, awesome company with great communication
Embrace is the best! Fast friendly, dependable service. They do what they promise, and don't find excuses not to pay when you have a claim. They are also excellent at communication. I recommend them to everyone I know! Recently I overheard the vet tech telling a client that one of their other clients uses Embrace, and they love it. I said, that's me! Or maybe it's not just me! Can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws
I speak both as a long-time Healthy Paws customer (dog and cat owner) and someone closely involved in one of the national animal welfare organizations. Healthy Paws understands that about the last thing anyone wants is a hassle with their insurance company over treatment of an injured or sick animal. So they've streamlined the claims process: easy claims submittal online and fast reimbursement either by check or direct deposit. Their basic business model seems to be a reasonable monthly premium charged to a credit card, a modest annual deductible when your pet needs vet services, and then no-questions-asked reimbursement (in my case 80%) of the amount you've paid to the vet. Most recently my 9-year-old dog needed her knee repaired for a torn ligament. The vet provided a treatment plan/surgery estimate of about $4,000. I called Healthy Paws just to check if some kind of pre-authorization was needed. Their reply: "Just take care of your dog and send us the bill." So we did and, as promised, they paid 80%. Elapsed time = 1 week. If you are considering different pet insurance options, Healthy Paws should be at the very top of your list.

Trupanion is awesome!
I have had Trupanion for my pet insurance for over 2 yrs now. I have 2 Golden Retrievers ages 4 & 6. I have never had any issues with submitting claims and every one has been handled quickly. My premium has increased a little in the last year but with the cost of Veterinarian costs increasing, it's understandable. They have friendly and compassionate customer service reps. I highly recommend them if you want pet insurance.

Nationwide come through great customer service and minus one they are all friendly and able to help.
Neede help to do my claim and the person on the other end was friendly and willing to help, only had a problem with one before this call, however did inform them about it and were extremely apologized about the previous call.
My claim came in in timely matter. Thank you

Great Customer Service!
I have had great customer service since the beginning with Embrace! I recently filed a claim when my puppy had to go to the vet because he was sick. Submitting the claim was easy, quick response, and they send a detailed form of what was covered and not when they approved the claim. So happy i went with Embrace!

I have been so impressed with the ease of every step. From signing up, to submitting a claim, to receiving payment... Nationwide has given our family real peace of mind during stressful times of illness with our dog. I've had to appeal one claim and the process was easy and ended up working out in our favor. Nationwide was great in covering expenses related to a serious gastrointestinal problem

Best Pet Insurance in the market!
When our dog got sick it was nice to know we had something to save our back and our wallet. Taking your dog to the vet can be an expensive endeavor.... Nationwide was literally “on our side”. The vet bill amount was deposited in about 20 days into our account. Don’t look elsewhere for pet insurance, this is the best.

Satisfaction of policy and service
Fortunately, our dog, Kody, has been in good health and only have had to submit less than a half a dozen claims in the last 2 1/2 years since we brought him home. We have found Nationwide extremely efficient in processing our claims and have been reimbursed in a timely manner. Their wellness and accident/illness coverage is reasonable and fair considering there is only a 10% co-pay for the pet parents. Kody loves his insurance!!
