You guys always have very kind, and sincerely compassionate human beings answering your customer service telephone calls. It is so refreshing and almost a shock to one’s system to be greeted by a person fully in command of the English language. In a world that is being taken over by big businesses outsourcing customer phone service to employees who sound like they are eating Cheetos (or Doritos) lying in bed while working from home in some far away country speaking from scripted responses and not speaking clear English, much less even giving a damn..it is a miracle. BRAVO to Trupanion for hiring those who are articulate, and speak clear English on the phone. It is my pleasure to do business with a company that is doing its part to make America great again.

The reps were so very kind and helpful, and sympathetic during my call. I can’t thank them enough. They got pre-approval in less than an hour, and dealt directly with the vet’s office, during a really sensitive time so I only had to worry about my dog. I just made 1 phone call and it was all taken care of. I give them my highest recommendation to all pet owners.
