Because I knew Trupanion would cover my dog’s medical costs,
Because I knew Trupanion would cover my dog’s medical costs, I did not hesitate to take her to the vet when she got sick and get necessary procedures to diagnose and treat her her. The claim process is incredibly easy, the claim was approved in a reasonable amount of time, and the funds were deposited into my account quickly.

Friendly people when I call. Very fast returns. Website very good. Coverage is good. I d give a 10/10 if you covered anxiety meds etc. without having to buy extra coverage.

I'm so grateful for Trupanion. You're the among the very few companies I deal with who are always happy to help with whatever situation I have going on with me, and most certainly with my companions here at home. If I'm hurting, you're empathetic and kind. If I have a question, you're helpful and kind. If I'm worried, you've never failed to put me at ease. Top that off with the fact that there've been a couple of times over the years when my payment didn't go as expected. Trupanion has listened and worked with me both times so that I can keep my critters' covered. No worries at all.
Heck, if I could, I'd just call you guys every now and then just to say hi. :)
