Not satisfied with the +30% premium increase.

You guys (Trupanion) have been not much less than a godsend for us with our little guy. I know insurance is always picked up, hoping for the best and preparing for the worst, but for us you have come through in spades. Both in coverage, and ease of getting claims processed. My only issue
The only issue up for discussion was whether or not I needed to send to inform Trupanion of my visits to another vet than Friendship Hospital for Animals that I had been using before using Dupont Vet late last year. I came away from the call with the view that it was not necessary for my dog's plane travel costs. There was no injury or health problem costs involved. Just a certification of good health by the vet, and the airplane charges for travel in the cargo hold.
