i have been using this company for over seven years. They have always been patient.Once i had forgot a payment and they settled the claim. That is customer service.

Easy to work with
I began my Nationwide Pet insurance program when I rescued my pug, Roxy, when she was 7 years old, 3 years ago. She is very healthy for her age, but had some problems with her teeth, probably from their neglect by her original owners. I've had to have several teeth pulled and she also developed a small cyst -- all were treated and she is now fine. Nationwide claims were easy to file and response was timely and good. Very good customer service. It is worth every penny I pay each month to know Nationwide is behind me in caring for Roxy.

Great company.
This is the first time having pet insurance and I made a good decision choosing Embrace. I have had no problems getting reimbursement from Embrace and their customer service are friendly and helpful.

Human health insurance companies should be as easy and helpful to deal with
Our dog was recently injured badly in an unprovoked attack by another dog. Trupanion has been exceptionally helpful to deal with. Not only have they answered all my questions, they pointed out additional benefits under the policy that we haven't been using to help our dog recover. Add the pleasant, friendly and well-informed customer service representatives like Patrick and you have an ideal model for how human health insurance companies should operate.

Long-time, satisfied customer
I’ve had Nationwide (since it was VPI—which I still call it) since around 2003 and had/have coverage for numerous dogs. I’ve never failed to feel supported as I’ve gone through various illnesses and injuries with my dogs. Claims are processed in a reasonable time frame and always seem fair. The one instance where I disputed a payment was resolved in my favor. I wouldn’t be without this coverage for my beloved dogs.
My grandson and his family chose VPI for their dog based on my good experience and recommendation.

Glad I Have This
I've got 2 dogs insured with Nationwide and have been pleased with our for both of them. Submitting claims is quick and easy and payment is quick with the electronic option. Every owner should look into this.

It took a while for the claim to be approved
It took a while for the claim to be approved and I had to reach out about it. I went online and saw it was approved, but did not hear from the company until a few days after.
