She was very kind, helpful and warm. She answered all my questions and talked to me that helped me as my best buddy was dying of Cancer. He passed away 17 Apr '18. The cancer tumor on his jaw increased so much that he could not eat or drink anymore. I brought him in (Ninja) to Camino Aniumal Clinic where they looked at him and told me it was time. There was no more they could do for them. He was in pain and his eyes were sd. They gave him a shot to relax him so the pain would go away and allow me to hold him for awhile and I had a chance to say good by and and talked to him. I was devastated at his loss and I don't know how I made it home without him. He will always be in my heart. I loved my Best Buddy so much. I wished him farewell on his trip to Dog Heaven where he would be free of pain and problems. I set him free. Alice helped me get ready for this moment. My huskimo got very sick and it was going to cost us 2,000 to get her healthy again. Healthy Paws covered 80% of it excluding the exam fee and what was left on my $250 deductible. My girl is healthy again! Healthy Paws made it possible for us to afford the care that she needed. And they even checked up on her a couple of weeks later to ask how she was doing. They have already covered FAR beyond what we pay monthly. So worth it. One of the best decisions we made!

buying pet insurance through ASPCA was the best decision I ever made. It saved me $2,000 when my cat go into some poisonous flowers and had to be treated at the emergency vet. Reimbursement was so easy and fast. Life saver!!!

Great idea to have insurance especially with a highly active breed or a breed predisposed to certain conditions. We have used the insurance dozens of times (antibiotics, flea meds, heart worm preventative, vaccinations) and it has paid for itself, practically. Customer service is always helpful and friendly.

The handling of claims were fast & efficient & without any issues

I adopted a pup about 3 months ago and immediately signed up for insurance through Embrace. They have already made a mistake of putting periodontal disease as a pre-existing condition which is not listed anywhere in any of his records, nor does he have this issue (as he is still just a puppy). My vet is completely confused by this, and is now having to write a letter to Embrace to try and get this fixed. So because someone at Embrace made a mistake, I'm having to go through the appeal process, and my very busy vet is having to go through the hassle of writing a letter. So far, not impressed.
