Trupanion is the first time I have ever used pet insurance over all these years. I would highly recommend this company and encourage pet owners to obtain this insurance. Easy to use and submit claims and the speed at which claims are resolved and reibusment happens is fast. Very impressed and well worth the monthly fee.

Company refused to provide a guarantee of coverage, or pre-approval, before we made 15 phone calls to them including our veterinarian and emergency animal hospital staff members. Trupanion is absolutely horrid in terms of customer assurance and taking care of their customers. We will be canceling our policy and moving to another company.

Read your ins policy. Angus had an hemangioma which was not properly treated after his surgery which left us with multiple vet visits till it became an emergency vet visit. VPI ins helped pay most of the caim. Angus was only 4 years old. He is just fine now. Thanks VPI.

Good start with well puppy visits, but Embrace has a communication deficit beyond email and electronic payments. Faxed records apparently were not received, but was not informed about this until dog seen at vet. Did not receive check in mail, responded to their email - which they claim was never received - but no one called or pursued followup. Did the math and was further behind with Embrace than I would be with a pet savings account. Dropped Embrace.

I was hesitant to get pet insurance because my 5 year old dog had always been healthy but my vet recommended looking into insurance just in case. After adopting another dog, I decided to sign them both up in February and I'm so glad I did. Both dogs had a rough year with gastro problems and I don't know what I would have done without Pet's Best. I had no problems with any of my (many) claims and the funds were deposited to my checking account in no time. I just got my renewal and I was pleased to see I wasn't "penalized" for filing claims. My premium didn't increase any more than reasonably expected (a few bucks a month). I have recommended Pet's Best to every pet owner I know.

I am so thankful that I purchased Healthy Paws Insurance! I have had 3 Golden Retrievers in my life and learned the hard way with my last Golden the importance of carrying pet insurance on our loved ones when she became ill from consuming the chicken jerky treats that were produced in China. Sadly, we lost her a year ago. We purchased a puppy in July of this year and I selected Healthy Paws after reading the reviews. To be honest I was skeptical but I have been so pleased with the company. My new puppy has had on-going Urinary Tract Infections and in the process of diagnosing her problems the vet bills started to climb! I can't tell you how many times I have said to friends and family that I am so thankful that I purchased pet insurance with this company. They are efficient in processing claims, are personable and professional. I can truly say they have got to be the best insurance out there!!! I started by insuring a dog I adopted from rescue, followed by my cat, and will now be adding yet another newly rescued dog to the policy. I have thus far only used the Wellness Plan reimbursement but I've been grateful for the help with budgeting for regular care. I appreciate the piece of mind in knowing that when my pets need care for accident or illness, they will be covered. The customer service has been great. When I encountered one problem, the employees were diligent about getting things resolved and keeping me in the loop.
