I've had mainly positive experiences with Nationwide Pet Insurance.It would be easier if vets worked with insurance companies upfront (before billing the customer), but I can say that from a "caring" perspective, Lu (my dog) seems to be cared about more than a human. With constant check ins, 24/7 helpline --- I feel like Lu receives better care/concern than I do from my own insurance company and doctors.

I continue to be fully satisfied.. I've recommended many of my pet loving friends!!! A reduction in premium would be much appreciated!!

Easy to make claims and your response is prompt.

Every claim I've submitted over the past year and a half has been either explained quickly as to why no coverage and/or deductible not yet met or more importantly reimbursement has been no hassle and quickly resolved. The insurance is AS ADVERTISED!

We made the decision more than a year ago to buy insurance for our aging Doberman. Given that he is a pure-bred we were concerned about breeding issues and hereditary conditions. We decided to go with ASPCA, not only because we have donated money and supplies to ASPCA over the years, but also because they covered hereditary conditions. Now that our baby is starting to show signs of aging, we are taking him to his veterinarian more often. Without this insurance plan, we would not have been able to cover some of the cost, especially with diagnostic testing and medications, which can be quite expensive. I am grateful to the insurance plan for covering 90% of the cost of our baby's care.

I have been very pleased with Nationwide. However, over a $30 increase per month is excessive! I am very disappointed in that part of Nationwide.
