Nothing is ever amiss with the customer service representatives, who are always polite, pleasant, and friendly: I just don't understand why this claim is taking so long to resolve when usually you resolve immediately, and why you needed more info from the clinic -to which you are welcome -when the invoice was so detailed and this is not the first incident of periodontal disease, and hypercalcimia is not a new condition either.

I find trupanion phone representatives to be very friendly and easy to talk to.
I find trupanion phone representatives to be very friendly and easy to talk to. I could also tell that Jennifer was a pet lover which leaves a good impression. The only downfall to trupanion is I feel that the cost of the exam should be covered, as this is usually the main cost of our visits.
