This is our first dog that we purchased insurance for, after having very high expenses for the others. We have the full plan, including wellness and for the first year, has more than paid for itself. Claims are quick and easy and there was no issue with covering the neutering, vaccinations, and preventative medications. Glad to have it!

My French Bulldog is the first dog that I've ever owned myself. Sure my family has owned dogs in the past, but they were never insured. Since I was making a large investment in the breed of dog itself, I definitely wanted to make sure I had insurance coverage on him from the day I picked him up from the breeder (because you never know what can happen)! Well, my sweet puppy has been through quite a tough road the first year of his little life and I would not have been able to afford his care if it had not been for the insurance with Nationwide. My french bulldog will always have coverage, and I will insurance all of my future dogs too. I cannot thank nationwide enough for their coverage, the responsiveness, and high quality services.

This was such an easy process! Our 2-year old golden retriever had to have emergency surgery and then got an infection. He was in and out of the emergency vet for a week. We had numerous ER vet bills that equaled well over $4,000. Nationwide's process is super easy to submit and we had our payment in less than a month!! Highly recommend to anyone with pets!

My 3 y.o ESS was unfortunate to tear his left ACL and required TPLO surgery. Embrace has a customer service that can't be matched by others. Fast claim service, follow up, and sincere. If I did not have Embrace pet insurance, I would be sunk. Thank you Embrace!

I have 3 dogs but Petey is my oldest Mini Schnauzer at 12 years. This year I have really had to use the insurance as Petey has suffered from back issues. Having Embrace has allowed me to be able to say yes to a CT scan to try and determine the problem, they covered a wheelchair for his use when need be and now are covering acupuncture treatments which are allowing him to keep some quality of life and be able to get around. Their reimbursement time has gotten shorter and I'm amazed at how quick it is sometimes. I'm thankful I have insurance on my boys and for me Embrace is the best.

The customer service is amazing, the coverage has saved me so much over the years, and there's no price you can put on the peace of mind, knowing you can afford unexpected vet visits for your furbaby. I'd love to provide a specific testimonial but after Pets Best has been there for my dog for demodectic mange, a few unfortunate accidents like being electrocuted by stray current from a street light, and numerous allergy issues (they paid for an allergy test and shots!), I couldn't imagine a life without them in my corner. They are quick to pay, completely emphatic, and easy to work with. They are truly the best.
