Kayla was really great and listened to me cry when I was telling her about my sweet dog that is still in the hospital.

It’s been a pleasure working with the employees at Trupanion. Kayla finished our call and said “give your dog a hug for me”. Great service!

We have purchased insurance with Trupanion
I have not had many interactions with Trupanion over the past few years that we have purchased insurance with them (thankfully my dogs are very healthy). However after my incredibly well-informed and positive conversation with Carlos, I felt confident about spending my premium dollars with Trupanion.

I love the service with Trupanion for the most part.
I love the service with Trupanion for the most part. The rates have gotten a bit high though. I have had to use this insurance on one of my dogs a bit and can't help but wonder if this current usage is going to raise my rates again.
