My claim was processed with such ease. The only thing I would change is the hold time when you call in by phone. You have to wait for quite a while to talk to someone.

While the price of insurance goes up too often,
While the price of insurance goes up too often, the knowledge of your pet being insured and knowing they can get the necessary treatment always is worth it. The claims process is extremely quick and easy. If I had know how easy it was to submit my 14 year olds medical records, I would have filed claims much sooner, but I always put it off believing it was going to be a massive undertaking. My loss.

megan was great but my issue wasn't really resolved.
originally when I signed up, I chose a monthly payment of 50 dollars and a deductible of 500, because that's what my budget would support. however, over the years, my monthly payment has slowly increased to 70 without ever asking me if it was ok . I wasn't too happy about that. To get back down to my monthly payment of 50, I lose the 500 deductible
