Dave remained very calm and took me patiently through the information I needed to resolve the matter.
When I called Trupanion, I was rather upset by a problem, but to his credit Dave remained very calm and took me patiently through the information I needed to resolve the matter. If he handles the concerns of other clients with similar sensitivity and genuine interest then Trupanion's goals are being well served. Moreover, my beloved little dog Charley approves of this message!!
