My puppy has been the vet more than one would expect because he love anything that’s not his. Nationwide has been nothing but awesome with my claims. And the ability to use an app to upload claims means I can send it in before I even leave the vet office!

I purchased insurance on my 4 Great Danes hoping that I would never need to use it until my puppy needed shoulder surgery at only 9 months old. I really wasn't paying attention to the cost of the procedure, I just wanted the doctor to fix him and I'd deal with how to pay for it later. I'm thankful that I have Embrace, their turnaround time from the receipt of the claim to the release of a payment has been excellent and they have helped take the weight of the financial burden off of our shoulders.

Having ASPCA Pet Health insurance is definitely worth it & very helpful when the unexpected happens or even just for taking your pet in for routine exam. Claims are very east to make and processed in about a week & can be made directly to your bank account. Loving having it, especially having a french bulldog.

Easy claim filing process. Efficient and fair

We were on vacation in California when Billie started walking/acting differently. As overbearing new pet owners we found a pet urgent care and followed their directions. Billie was up being her young puppy self in days. The insurance was invaluable!! And the VitusVet app is so easy to use. We were reimbursed in less then a weeks time. I had a different insurance for the first year of my cat's life, and they were the opposite of Embrace. She had an episode that required us to go to the emergency clinic, and we ended up paying 80% of the bill, which was what we were hoping the insurance company would have paid.
