Three and a half months later I'm still waiting for a response
When I uploaded my documents figo informed me that due to "growing pains" and a pending transition in the process, my claim may take much longer than usual to process- up to six weeks. Almost three months later I still hadn't gotten a response. They had, however, doubled my monthly premium with no advance notice. I called and was told that a customer service manager would call me first thing the next morning as she was out for the day. Two weeks later, I still can't get a hold of her and I'm starting to think she doesn't exist.

kiko has a serious flare up of pancreatitis as well as a bacterial infection. She would not have made it without emergency care
Trupanion provided excellent coverage for our mini American Eskimo dog, Kiko.
She was deathly ill with a serious pancreatitis flare up combined with a serious bacterial infection. Without emergency care, she would not have made it through Christmas with us.
As a result of amazing veterinary care, Kiko miraculously pulled through.
We are eternally thankful to have insurance with Trupanion as 90% of the almost $4000 was covered.
I would recommend Trupanion to anyone wanting great insurance coverage for a cherished pet.

we have no complaints so far
We are happy with our decision to go with Pets Best. I asked my friends, googled pet insurance & even looked st another insurance through our vet. We made the right decision signing up our boy with pets best. We have no complaints so far. The claims are easy to file, they pay promptly & fairly, so far!

She was incredibly pleasant to speak with and it was clear that she was genuinely empathetic towards my situation. I love that your staff always inquire about my dog when I call in before addressing the matter at hand. It goes along way with a fur baby owner that is crazy about her pooch. 🐶
