Nationwide insurance has the best wellness coverage in whole US.
We’re are super happy with choosing that and recommended to everyone cares about life of pet. Our dog is love of our life. If she feels bad, we’ll be sad all the time.
We always want best things for her...
Hope she’ll ok all the time but in case that she needs a Vet, we feels good that having a great insurance.

Booster Shot
Took my dog in for a routine booster shot. Uneventful. Filed claim for $23.00 that was promptly covered under the annual $200/yr wellness benefit.

Good insurance
Love the insurance. The website (s) should be combined to just 1. Submit the claim, view the claim and receive the claim all together. Also the amount of time it takes from submission until you receive your check is too long. I feel it should be quicker.

We are lucky to be "Embraced!"
We have been able to count on Embrace to help alleviate the high cost of veterinary care for our "furry problem child," our Golden Retriever, Levi. Embrace was there when, at four months, he ate my son's very large sock and needed emergency surgery. Little did we know that was only the beginning! Embrace has been there for us through poisonous snake bites, several life-threatening events, including toxicicity from an unknown substance, as well as more surgeries and other emergencies.. Through it all, Embrace was quick to settle the claims so we could financially recover more quickly from Levi's many emergencies. He is a 9 year-old "puppy" that brings a smile to everyone he meets and joy to our family. Thanks, Embrace!

Fractured tooth
My chihuahua, Lulu, fractured several of her teeth and had to have them removed. At first the coverage was denied, but I asked them to have a second look and they covered the expense of the surgery. What a relief it is to have insurance through Embrace.

Amazing
Getting an Italian greyhound I knew I would need pet insurance. I immediately purchased embrace and I couldn’t be happier. They paid my claims in 15 days or less and the money was deposited 2 days or less into my account. They also left a nice message to make sure my doggy would get better.

Fantastic customer service
I always dread having to call large companies because I have always had poor experiences with their over the phone customer service, but ASPCA is different. Every time I have called I have been able to get through right away; no wait times! Every person I have spoken to has been extremely kind and helpful. I have never hung up the phone frustrated with them. They also always ask me how Louis is doing and I love that! The question feels genuine like they actually care how he is feeling. I have not experienced delay times when processing a claim from ASPCA, which is phenomenal. I am all around pleased with the customer service I have received from ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. When people ask me what insurance I have for Louis I always tell them ASPCA and praise them. Not only is their customer service excellent, but their rates are reasonable and I like that I can pay monthly, annually, semi annually, or yearly! The wellness add on was a plus because I had a hard time finding that with any other pet insurance company. Also, the app is so conveinient!! Throughoully pleased with my experince thus far with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance!
