I chose PetsBest when we first adopted our rescue. Still in need of puppy care. I selected the premium that stated coverage up to a certain point in regular annual care. At first it was great covered certain things, etc. Now that our second year has rolled around, it has covered anything. I'm pretty disappointed. As I understood it would renew certain coverage every year. I would discontinue the coverage, but if any emergency were to happen... well, I've read they are very helpful in that area.

I've only been with Embrace Pet Insurance for a few months and have only used them for some wellness services. I received reimbursement for these services within a few days of submitting my claims. Having direct deposit is great also!

I’m so happy we chose healthy paws! Our dog was acting funny and it turned out he swallowed a carpet staple among other things. He had an overnight stay in the hospital :(. Submitting my claim was quick and easy and I received reimbursement in less than 2 weeks. They even emailed me after to check and see how he was. I definitely recommend Healthy Paws to everyone!

I have had Nationwide (formerly VPI) for almost 5 years and submitted the 1st. claim for my French Bulldog last month. Processing the claim was simple and the vet bill was paid in full minus the $100 deductible. I hope I don’t have the need to submit future claims, but I am very satisfied with my first experience dealing with Nationwide.
