No Problems
We’ve made a number of claims ranging from getting tests for hip dysplasia to an allergic from eating a bee to an eye infection and have had zero push back or issues. They’ve processed our claims quickly, too, which was a big surprise.

HAPPY!!!
Very happy with Metlife. They were fast with my claim and if I had questions they answered them quickly. I'm very pleased that the only claim I had so far was for wellness visits and they paid very quickly.

MetLife Pet Insurance is the best we have had quite a few emergency visits for our girl with stomach gastritis and they were great with all the claims.

Trupanion’s the best!
Hello
I’m so glad that I have Trupanion insurance for my cats. I have one that had over 10K in vet bills due to urinary blockages and surgery. I would had have him treated with or without insurance, but knowing I could concentrate on my boy’s care instead of worrying about the bills was a huge relief!
I have had many other claims over the 10+ years my cats have been covered by Trupanion’s plans. Most of the time I was reimbursed within less than 24 hours of submitting the claim.
Trupanion has no payout limits or lifetime maximum, and if you have a deductible, it is per condition, not per year.

Thankful for Pet's Best
We chose Pets Best because it is the top rated pet insurance provider by Consumer Reports. The price for accident/illness coverage is very reasonable and we are very happy with the claims process. Our rescue puppy (Noodles) recently injested a large amount of mouse poison. After inducing vomiting at home we took her to Med Vet hospital in Canal Winchester, Ohio where she was treated for 48 hours. She suffered no permanent effects from the episode and is now healthy and happy. We were able to get her the best treatment possible because we knew we had pet insurance. Our claim was reimbursed in time for us to pay off our Care Credit balance with no interest. Pets Best is a blessing and we are very thankful to have this top rated coverage.

Fair but unhappy
Trupanion has a convenient process for claim filing and you are reimbursed fairly quickly. My premiums have consistently gone up every year and I am not happy about this. Your reasons are just poor excuses.

ASPCA is the very best
I have two dogs – an older dog and a six month old. I don’t know that I would’ve gotten a puppy without having had such a wonderful experience with ASPCA. I have used other pet insurance with previous fur kids . ASPCA is the best. It’s seamless. Their coverage policy is clear. I recommend them to everyone. I am recommending them to you.

Love my Nationwide
I have a chocolate lab who is mischievous to say the least and full of allergies.
We visit Dr Brad of Davis Animal hospital on a regular visit for his shots.
It’s so easy , take a photo of the statement, upload and Bam. Check arrived about 5 days give or take a day or so. Highly recommend Nationwide to all my friends!

Fetch cheaters
Our mini daxie had ivvd surgery in August. A very traumatic time for us as our son was undergoing open heart surgery at the same time as dog took ill. They did pay out swiftly for the surgery for which we are grateful but come rehab he NEEDS we found it very sneaky. Everyone knows that it's not a vet performs physical therapy on animals and in the second biggest country in the world and the biggest city in Canada there is only ONE rehab which is very new that has this and it's a long bus ride from us pensioners. We found a rehab centre we could push our dog in as his rich legs still had a major deficit and they refused to pay cause even though there a vet right below in the same building they aren't on staff! Absolute bull and to call out rehab and ask not naming the animal do they have a vet on staff I find disgusting. I will be moving my other dog away from fetch soon I do not recommend them!
