Healthy Paws
I’m very satisfied with their service, it provides peace of mind when your pet has health issues. It’s so easy to submit claims and get prompt payment . Takes some of the stress and worry out when your best friend is ill.

Healthy Paws is great!
I signed up with Healthy Paws because of highly rated reviews from pet owners. My dog had a torn knee ligament and needed TPLO surgery. He is a big boy, quite heavy. The recovery was painful. Healthy Paws made everything easy for me. The claim submission process and document upload submission was very easy. They reimbursed me in no time and with no hassle. They even sent a follow up email to make sure Tesla is doing ok. It meant a lot! I highly recommend Healthy Paws!!

Greatest pet insurance experience!
As with all insurance, you always hope you won’t need to use it! But when my cat, Joey, needed surgery, MetLife insurance was there! They covered Joeys medical bills, medications, and follow-up therapy under my policy. The representatives were always kind and caring.

Rate was increased prior to my first claim. Made first claim Feb 2025, Many exclusions, a lot of charges going towards deductibles.

POOR COVERAGE
Very poor coverage compared to price of insurance premiums. I would not recommend Pets Best.

SAVE UP YOUR MONEY INSTEAD
I initially got pet insurance because I never had a lot of money saved away, and when we started it was only $30 per month. After about 6+ years with Fetch Pet Insurance, and the way they weren't able to own up to their own mistake after a quote on a big operation for my dog, I have come to the conclusion that the money I pay for Pet Insurance just isn't worth it. They missed out telling me important information multiple times, which is frustrating - I could have been using it on our yearly vet bills. The thing is, within 4 years, you could and likely will be paying $150+ per month per dog because your premium keeps going up. You're better off saving $200 a month for your dog's vet bills and their future, in my opinion.

Easy and Fast
My Maggie was having some weird breathing issues, so she needed some tests done. PetsBest got the medica records from our vet and shortly after, the claim was paid just like the policy said. Easy Peasy"

Game Changer for Older Dog (and All the Other Furry Family Members)
My pup turned thirteen this year and is at the age where little things that could turn into big things start to pop up. He was recently diagnosed with kidney disease, and thanks to you guys I am able to afford to monitor it on a regular basis so we can modify his care plan as needed. Being able to get regular diagnostics covered means I am able to treat him while things are still treatable and before they get incredibly expensive.
I also have my other dog as well as my cat on plans with you. My cat is healthy and hopefully will be for a long time, but when I first got him he was pretty sick from being a stray. You helped cover his cost of treatment which was an awful lot for an unplanned and initially free cat! Hopefully I won’t need to file any more claims on him for a long time, but he’s going to stay covered by you for peace of mind.
You’ve also helped cover cost of diagnostics and treatment for my other dog’s back problems. This is an issue that could be pricey down the line so knowing she is covered may save us a lot of heartbreak. That and being able to monitor and manage her condition early will hopefully save us both money in the long run! I specifically chose your full coverage (minus wellness) plan for her and all my other pets, and have convinced a few people to sign up with you as well because of how great you’ve been. (I mean, you covered my dog’s acupuncture appointments - how awesome is that! I’ll sing your praises from the rooftops!)

Bloody stool and vomit
My Frenchie unexpectedly had bloody vomit and stool which eventually turned into acid. There was no change in her routine and when she began to look lethargic, we took her in. My first thought was to ask the emergency vet what the initial screening cost was ($225) in addition to all possible treatments, but with insurance I trusted Pets Best to take care of the cost. My husband and I are so grateful to have insurance to cover any random emergencies like this for our fur baby. She is now well in recover and getting our claim processed so quickly was such a stress reliever for us.
