According to their website, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance completes claims within 30 days or less. The company has a Member Center where you can track the status of your claim.
You can choose to add one of our optional preventive care coverage plans for a little more each month. Each one has a list of covered services, and each service has a set maximum annual benefit amount. There’s no deductible or co-insurance amount. These benefits are available as soon as your plan is effective. Preventive Care is not offered as a standalone policy.
ASPCA Pet Health Insurance sends reimbursement for eligible costs through depositing directly into a bank account or by senfing a check in the mail. The choice is up to you.
There is no limit to the number of claims that can be submitted. Claims should be submitted within 270 days of the date of service to be eligible for processing.
