Trupanion, best purchase for my dog

Nikki fell causing hind limb paralysis, I am on a limited budget and the vet bill would have been devastating. Trupanion came through as promised. The staff cared about my pet, and my feelings. The claim was paid very quickly. This was the second time I had to use this insurance and the first experience was as easy. I tell every pet owner they should get Trupanion, it is worth every penny.

One of the best choice of my life

When I bring my baby Tuffy in my life he was one month old I was accepting him as my child and I was aware that he will be one of the most important house member. Immediately I plan to get insurance for him I had multiple choice in market and so many choice was very cheaper premium but each choice was very complicated , they had fix amount of coverage with each health problem and their coverage language was so complicated , Trupanion had very straight simple and easy coverage compare to any competitor in market , I choose Trupanion and I have so much piece of mind. Thank you so much Trupanion for your support on my Tuffy's sick time Your support allowed me for my baby without any financial stress or not feeling guilty to compromise with his quality of care People like you make big difference in this word.

Responsive, efficient and simple claim management

My dog was diagnosed with anal gland adenocarcinoma. As he is young and otherwise healthy, we have decided to go ahead with the full course of treatment - surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Estimated cost of treatment plan is $14,000. Trupanion have been fabulous to deal with. They pre-approved all the treatment plan estimates within hours of submission. I submit the claims and they are handled within hours and have been paid promptly. This is so important to me as this is a stressful and worrying time. He has had his surgery now and needs constant care, so having Trupanion make the claims and payment process as easy as possible is one less task to deal with. Thank you Trupanion!

Every phone call or claim I needed to make has been an easy and pleasant experience. Trupanipn has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. You can tell that they really are concerned for your pets well-being.

Coverage

Payout Limits

Unlimited lifetime payouts on eligible conditions with no payout limits-ever.

Deductible

You can choose your deductible from $0 – $1000, in $5 increments, to fit your budget. Trupanion offers a lifetime, per condition deductible meaning that once the deductible is met for an eligible condition, you never have to meet it again. That condition is covered for life. This is great for chronic conditions that can span the entirety of a pet’s life such as allergies or cancer.

Age Limits

All pets under 14 years old can enroll. Once enrolled, pets stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Accidents: 5 days Illnesses: 30 days Other providers may have additional waiting periods for congenital conditions like hip dysplasia, Trupanion does not.

Exclusions

Trupanion was developed to protect you and your pet from unexpected illnesses and injuries.
