Accomodating, friendly, courteous, and fast
Fast turnaround. Direct billing. Great communication. Phone help line staff were exceptionally courteous, helpful, friendly, and accomodating.
Reimbursement was sent to me personally by cheque rather than remitting it to the vet but after a quick phone call to rectify the oversight everything proceeded smoothly (Note: I was advised by the vet assistant that there has been an increase in the frequency of this happening lately for some reason but it was fixed the day I received the cheque once I called the Trupanion help line). Would definitely recommend.
