I did not know how to file a claim. I called and actually talked to a person! I received accurate information which was given to me in a simple step by step procedure in what was needed in order to process the claim. Secondly, it was explained to me how the claim process is handled. I received an email letting me know that the claim was in process. Our claim was settled within 30 days.
