I recommend spot

I signed up for Spot insurance not knowing how much I would need it. It’s been very easy to submit claims and to get reimbursement. I am grateful for this insurance as it has helped with medical expenses for my dog.

Love it for the most part

For the most part, I really love this insurance. Last year one of my babies developed epilepsy and it helped tremendously. This year, the same one ate something he shouldn’t have and had to have it surgically removed. The vet bill was nearly $12k after three days of figuring out what was wrong and having the emergency surgery. It completely wiped out his insurance funds until next July. I pray everyday that nothing else happens to him before his insurance rolls over to a new year. I pay the highest premium for preventative care, the most amount of coverage, the highest return percentage, and the smallest deductible. The highest amount of insurance caps at $7k and that truly could be wiped out by one emergency like this one and then leave him not covered for the next 10 months.
