I gave them one star because they didn't have anything less than this. It has been a complete nightmare with my claim that was well over $1,000 to take care of my pet. They insist that there are medical records that are required and I keep telling them and informing them that what they're asking me or what they want from me does not exist there are no medical records from a vet that they believe I had taken her to. I really thought that we were going to be able to work it out I've been on the phone with them every other day for the last 4 weeks and every time I get off the phone call I am guaranteed that they will now continue the processing and I will get my refund but that still doesn't happen so I'm going to cancel with spot insurance
