Our Tails Are Wagging

My dog is what is known as a frequent flier at the vet. Although she was a "free" pound dog, she has cost us $3,000 in the last six months. The last trip to the vet was because she got into some raw meat and got a parasite that she also gave to me. The only way I am able to keep my sanity is through Spot. I get my reimbursements pretty quickly and customer service is pretty good.

SPOT ON

The price is good and the wellness plans put money in our pocket each time we take our two Aussies to the vet. Claims are paid promptly and they have fast service on live chat. There's not much more you can ask for than that.

Countess von Noodles Is Eternally Grateful

Countess von Noodles looks the dog park. Unfortunately, the dog park does not always love her back. We took her to get her zoomies out after New Year's. Someone awful person left broken glass everywhere. Countess von Noodles had to get seven stitches. Not a great way to start the year. :( Spot took care of everything. Here's hoping there aren't anymore nasty surprises for the rest of the year.

Simplest process I’ve been through

I’d recently purchased a policy with Spot for my dog Chauncey. Chauncey is a little older, so the vet bills have added up over the years. I got Spot pet insurance about 5 months ago & thank goodness I did. Chauncey had accidentally swallowed a sock and the surgery was around $2,700 just before Christmas!! I was able to get 80% of that back with Spot and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10
