Wow!

My claim was processed so quickly! I uploaded the info from my cat's medical visit on Sunday, I received an email Monday that it was being processed and the money was reimbursed via direct deposit by Tuesday! No hassle and simple instructions. Love it already!

Unreliable

A Spot representative called me days after I signed up, attempting to collect more money from me as their computer made an err by "not charging me the correct amount" based on the address I entered. I NEVER CHANGED MY ADDRESS. My address remained in Phoenix and my dog's vet remained in Tempe. That was a huge red flag. Evidently, Spot is more concerned with nickel and diming me instead of eating the cost and acknowledging their err. I terminated the policy and got a refund from them since I had not submitted any claims by that point.

Happy to have the peace of mind

Easy process to get signed up. Best price for the coverage we needed. Still thought it was expensive but very happy that I did this. The peace of mind has been so good.
