Spot is committed to helping pets lead longer, healthier lives by providing pet health insurance with best-in-breed service and high-quality coverage.  This is especially important at a time when vet care is becoming more expensive each year. With the costs of today’s pet care, having Spot in your corner is helpful for your pet’s health and wellness needs. Spot policies help cover a wide range of covered conditions such as accidents, illnesses, medications, diagnostics, exams for covered conditions, and treatment—even alternative therapies. Spot also provides preventative plans, which include dental cleanings, vaccinations, flea prevention and more for a little extra cost! This is the number one pet insurance…

This is the number one pet insurance company hands down! Don't bother shopping around. I had insurance with 2 previous companies before I finally landed on Spot. From setting up the policy, filing a claim and having funds deposited into my account it is a fast and easy process. The customer service reps rock and are soooo helpful. Spot has saved me time, money and saved the life of 2 of my cats. I highly suggest paying the few extra dollars for unlimited coverage or you will be kicking yourself if something major comes up because vet bills can add up fast. I have 4 cats and my cost is a little over $100 a month. My vet bills have reached over 15K for a year. I'll let you do the math on that but truly there is nothing more important than the peace of mind knowing that I am financially able to provide my fur babies with the care they need. That's really what it's about for me!

Can’t figure out how to respond back to…

Can’t figure out how to respond back to them - So far the issue of not being able to email my claims still isn’t fixed According to customer service they were going to load my first claim manually however I have no proof that this was done Now I have another claim so their promise of fixing their issues ASAP is another false promise and now falling on deaf ears The other issue is that I can’t log in on my iPad or iPhone and was told I needed a stronger signal Nope - this doesn’t ever happen with anyone else so again I repeat their technology is horrible I’ll be looking for another vendor shortly So what? It took you 4 days to let me k ow you received both claims and then tell me you need medical records for 2 very simple claims This is clearly a delay tactic If I’m not reimbursed within 2 weeks you’ll be hearing from the Department of Insurance Do not tell me it sometimes takes 2-4 weeks to reimburse-not one of your competitors takes that long
