Spot policies help cover a wide range of covered conditions such as accidents, illnesses, medications, diagnostics, exams for covered conditions, and treatment—even alternative therapies. Spot also provides preventative plans, which include dental cleanings, vaccinations, flea prevention and more for a little extra cost! Signed up our new pup at 10 weeks old

Signed up our new pup at 10 weeks old. Have not used pet insurance before and have had multiple dogs with health and illness conditions that we have spent thousands of dollars for over the past 35 years. After extensive research decide on Spot plan for accident & illness. It has the best copay and coverage options as well as a shorter term of exclusion for diagnoses that have been resolved. Does not use a fee schedule, but pays based on the percentage of coverage you choose. It was great to receive a welcome call with information on the benefits as a reminder about coverage. Hoping we don't ever need to file a claim, but if we do, it is great to have this coverage to support payment and also to have telemedicine coverage to support our puppy Rowan,

I am a happy camper!

I searched everywhere for the right pet insurance. I needed an affordable plan but I also wanted decent coverage. I got both!! The reviews about Spot Insurance were "spot" on.

Pet Insurance Comparison

We were comparing pet insurance across many companies and it came down to two, Spot and another company, they both have great coverages, and I have used the other company before for our older dog. The decision to go with Spot overall was their reviews, for one, and then they cover at a higher amount for accident and illnesses at a lower cost than others. We are putting our trust in Spot and hoping to get the same quality of service and compassion as the customers have proclaimed in their reviews. Pet insurance is so expensive, especially in California, but without some kind of coverage, you are left with no help or reimbursement. Cost of all healthcare is astronomical, so any help you can get with insurance is appreciated. Looking forward to a great relationship with Spot insurance and the lovely people who work there.
