I will update after I receive my first…

I will update after I receive my first reimbursement. I can’t seem to add my checking account for direct deposit, so that is another reason I gave only 3 stars. Customer service is Awesome! The gentleman did everything he could to try and figure out why I couldn’t sign up for direct deposit.

Costly

Does not cover routine pet visits. Confusing instructions. More costly than comparable plans with other pet insurance

Best insurance plan for the money.....

We were shopping around for different companies for pet insurance and some were hard to understand with the different types of plans they offer. Spot made it very clear what the different plans offer, and I liked how we could make the cost per month adjustable based on deductible and coverage. Not all companies had that option. Haven't had to complete a claim yet but based on the signing up process and the reviews I don't forsee a problem.

Spot screwed me

Spot screwed me. I selected preventative care for all three of my pets. Somehow, Spots website glitches and removed the preventative care from one of my pets. I noticed their error after I spent nearly $800 on preventative care at the vet, and Spot refuses to correct their mistake. Now I’m on the hook for this $800. There was no point in buying this insurance and now I’m financially ruined. To hell with Spot, they screwed up and won’t take responsibility, and now I am financially screwed
