Get pumpkin for your puppy !
Pumpkin is an amazing company -it’s easy to file claims, they have a warm and friendly staff and quick responses each time I’ve needed help.
I have a lab puppy who causes herself harm which causes me stress so having helpful vets and excellent insurance is a godsend. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great experience
I have only had great experiences using Pumpkin. All claims are processed quickly and there is plenty of communication. I’m glad I went with Pumpkin for my mini goldendoodle!

A very wise and beneficial investment
I have had many dogs and cats throughout the years but never invested in insurance for them. I decided to enroll with Pumpkin Insurance for my Belgian Mallinois this past year because I had the means to do so. I am so grateful that I did it because my dog got very seriously ill. Pumpkin has been wonderful…they are absolutely a legitimate company. They have done exactly what they advertise. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Monthly Cost
Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.
Coverage
Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.
Payout Limits
Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.
Deductible
3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000
Age Limits
No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Waiting Period
Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
