Long time for repayment
One of the reasons I chose this insurance (there were many) was the quick turn around. The first preventative claim I put in, the money was in my account very quickly, easy peasy. This time I have waited exactly one month and my claim is still "in review". I understand everyone is probably back logged, but I feel like that should be said in the buying process. I went to the emergency vet and spent the money knowing I would get it back in a timely manner like they said, but there has been no change for a month in my claim status
