Everything seemed to go fine through…
Everything seemed to go fine through your online experience. However, I did not like how your communications or lack thereof went post my making my payment on my pet's policy. I'm not even sure what my account number is, when the policy started and when I can use it if needed. I'm left to dig out the information and your website account information is not very detailed with this information.
