Have tried to cancel twice, unable to get a response *Update- once review was posted, Jennifer Tapia called and emailed me. She was professional and courteous in helping to resolve my issue and is escalating the fact that the "Contact Us' form was not getting distributed to the appropriate channels.

great interaction & great service

the guy i was on the phone with, i believe his name was peter, was super nice & really say to talk too. overall it was one of the best business phone calls i’ve made. normally the people on the other line are pretty dull but peter was super friendly & really easy to talk to. he helped me out with setting up the right plan & didn’t complain when i couldn’t find my address. haha ya it was a great call & i recommend this insurance to any new pet owners because it covers vaccinations & neutering!!

Monthly Cost

Monthly rates start at $10 for Accident only and $16 for Accident & Illness coverage. Those rates vary based on species, age, breed as well as your location.

Coverage

We cover based on the actual vet bill and have options for 90%, 80% or 70% reimbursement.

Payout Limits

We offer limits of $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and an unlimited plan.  There are no lifetime limits with any option you choose.

Deductible

Choose a deductible that works best for you and your family, we offer $100, $250 and $500 options.

Age Limits

We have no age limits, but your pet will need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

For our accident & illness plans (essential & ultimate), we have a 14-day waiting period. Our accident-only policy only has a 5-day waiting period. There is no waiting period for wellness coverage.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered by our policies. Optional Wellness Details We have two preventive/wellness plan options. Our basic option costs $9.95/month* and our Prime option costs $24.95/month*. These cover things like wellness exams, dental cleanings, or flea/heartworm prevention. Reimbursement for these is based on a set maximum annual amount. *Correct Jan. 2019
