Takes too long to be reimbursed
Everything okay submitting the claim, apart from Customer Services agent gave me the wrong email to send it to! Delay #1. When I finally emailed it to the correct desk, phoned 10 days later, spoke to SAME Customer Services agent who advised all would be sorted by 3 days later. Called again on 4th day, only to be told that agent was incorrect! Delay #2. Finally received my 80% back about 4 weeks after submitting first claim.
