Excellent plan and Customer Service
I am very pleased with the coverage and customer service at Pets Plus Us. My dog had a seizure so I took him into the Pet hospital. Although they didn’t direct bill I was able to have everything submitted and be reimbursed in the time before my credit card bill came. I was very impressed with the customer service as I had many decisions to make for my dogs treatment ( it was recommended I get an MRI) so I was told about the pre-approval process that was available, although the agent was pretty sure my plan would cover it they gave me peace of mind by doing the pre-approval process first. The only thing that concerned me was that my policy was up for renewal in January ( I submitted my claim in late November) so I was expecting a slight increase but my monthly payments did go up almost $25 a month which was a bit surprising. I have never claimed before so I don’t know if that was due to my claim or not.
