Incredibly painful making a claim or getting support needed after my pet passed away while they continue charge me for 4 months
I am super frustrated and disappointed with Pets Plus Us and the follow up required for any claims. i was not given full proper information and when my beloved pet passed they would not give me the the $80 that was due to me and kept charging me for insurance (and currently still are 4 months later)
I have had multiple conversations about it all, have asked for a supervisor to contact me (which has not happened), and monthly payments are still being taken 4 months after we notified them (twice), and gave them the cremation certificate.
I gave 2 paws because the one agent I had was empathetic and kind on the phone, but the end result was unfourtunately still a total waste of my time (and money)
