Contradicting customer service
I felt like my file was just being passed around and no one actually wanted to help. I was told when I got the policy that I would be able to cancel the policy if I didn’t like my pre-existing conditions. They also told me I had to get an exam in the first 30 days, which I did. I didn’t get my policy underwriten because they were having trouble getting my records. So I called everywhere asked for records to be sent and then continued to confirm and call them. Every time I called they said they received the records and had to review them. Weeks later I would get an email saying they need the records that they confirmed they had already received when I spoke with them on the phone. This went on for months. I then requested if they are unable to help me id like my money back and cancel my policy since I was told if I didn’t like the underwriting I could get reimbursed and I couldn’t even get my file underwriten. Then they just up and canceled my policy. Said I can’t get my money back and this is still an ongoing and difficult issues with many emails and phone called. It’s been a complete waste of money and time and I feel like they just want to keep my money and get rid of me. Worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with.
